The drink's on me

You know you have it well set up for you when you have a fridge just for drinks.
Thanks Tom for the smoothie. We'll put it to good use and make you proud..

We're in for a rough night ma ladies.
This is gonna be good...

X-ed out

New evidence has come up. The tribunal now feel measures are needed to be made. There are some things friends just don't do.
Fio said to bring a black magic marker. That maybe could illustrate how some opinions are right now.
Respect, trust and love are essential. Otherwise you have nothing. And nothing is never good enough.

Jalla jalla

Got awoken in the unearthly hour of 11 am. Well on a saturday morning after a fullblown evening containing vast amounts of wine, bridget jones, unhealthy food and vodka it bloody well is. Fio called to get us other two hung over girls outta bed. She did that though, although gettin us to get movin wasnt really anything that were in our books just yet. We did breakfast. And hell it was good! Stuffed as we now are, all thats left is realizing we have less than half an hour before were supposed to meet up with Fio and were still in our pj's.. Jalla jalla!

To ms Kruse

Hanna! How's good old England?? Give me an long good comment about it will you? Hope your havin a great time. Give Emelie and Aneta my best. The family too if you see them! And all them rest. Must be great bein back again! It sucks that I couldn't join you!
Take care now my dear friend, and enjoy! KRAM xxx

It's ok, I've finished readin by now.

Picked up my copy of the last Harry Potter-book this monday.
One of the downsides of my otherwise charming personality is that I tend to get quite mean to people that disturb me when I'm into a book. It is of course natural (at least I consider it most natural) to dislike interruptions. I on the other hand doesn't always view it as merely a light interruption being disturbed while I'm reading. More like bein jerked away from another place, a place that I really liked, just to return to everyday mundane life and some nuthead asking me how I am? (See? Told you I'm not nice at these moments.) Only small comfort might be (atleast to my poor brother who experienced it) that after havin past most of my adolescence behind the risk of bein hit by flyin object when an interruption has greatly diminished.
I wont say so much bout the book itself, or the series. People always have their own dear opinions about it anyway. But it's nice to have read the whole thing now.
I got the first Harry Potter book from my grandmother after she'd come back from London. The book had just been released there and there was a real fuss about it. So she thought it might be good readin and bought it to me. At that point no kid in Sweden had heard of the adventures of Mr Potter yet. Now they have. And most of them seems to like the books as well, and not just the young ones either. Everyone likes to dream away for a while.

been away on social studies

Wednesday evening with only a little while left untill weekend.

Been a poorly update here of late. Fortunately for me, it's not because a severe dry spot in activities. Just that I've been tryin out the concept of a social life instead of curlin up in my sofa writin about what I've could've done. So far my social studies have proven sucessful; I've had fun.
Spent a weekend out in the achipelago with my grandparents, aunt and uncle and my lovely little cousin Dexter. Wich included sunshine, boattrips, icecream, a early morning snakehunt and great fun at the dinnertable. Then back to work, but a little more relaxed then before.
Then the week followed consisting mostly of work, laundry and tidyin up. With a nice break in it, a picnic out at Ängsjö (then I actually did write a short blog about it) and an excrutiatingly boring game of kubb (wich is usually rather fun). Klara, bless her soul, ended it with a well aimed throw for suicide. Or else I'm bettin we'd still be stuck there.
Another weekend came and then passed. Had great fun and a good time. Had missed Mange alot so it was so nice havin him up here for a weekend. Went to the outlet village on sat, as well as visited a few friends. Then watched the first two Harry Potter films (before we see the Order of the Phoenix).

Monday 16 July 2007

I'm not here.
I'm at a picnic with the mates out at Ängsjö, enjoying the summer as it should.
You'll find me there.

peace and tranquility

Am now enjoying my few days of holiday in Lokrume. Have so far both been readin and worn my flipflops so I am delighted. Main target for this weekend is thus achieved. Will be going in to Visby tomorrow to wonder planelessly for a while, maybe do some shopping and maybe grab something to eat at some nice bohemic charming café and enjoy my own tranquility.
As for now I need to talk some more to Mange, after that I'll make myself a cup of tea and take my book and sit on the patio and enjoy an nice quiet evening. Perfect.
Although, of course, it is never perfect. There's always mosquitos - either actual or methaforical - and whatnot. I'd say perfection is either an illusion or an (almost) constant available state of mind. Many people devote their life in a never ending search for perfection. To me, it seems like it's much up to you. What you want, but also what you are willing to work to achive. If you are able to loose up just enough and let go of worries to be able to take in the perfection of the moment.

mum over for dinner

I was gonna update today. But then my mother came over for dinner.
And now I'm tired.

If anyone wonders I'll be in Lokrume for the rest of the week.
Reading and wearing flip-flops.
